Shipping:

We ship all year to continental USA, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii only. We normally ship via UPS for continental USA and USPS for Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We have to have a street address for UPS shipping. Plants are sent on Mondays to try to avoid a weekend layover. If you have specific requests please let us know what they are. We will not ship plants during extreme cold or heat. We will contact you if we have to delay shipping.

Claims:

We are not responsible for damage or delays after delivering your order to the shipper. Any damage claim must be made with the carrier and with us within one week of receipt of the order.
